How to check property information online in Montenegro

Website: geoportal.co.me — on the right side click “Pokreni preglednik mape” (Start map viewer). Then find the house or land plot on the map and check its cadastral number in the real estate registry.

Cadastre website: ekatastar.me — login and password: KORISNIK.
After logging in, start the search via “Pretraga katastra nepokretnosti”, then choose “Broj parcele” and enter the number you previously found on the Geoportal.
On this website, you can also check a property by entering its List nepokretnosti (property ownership sheet) number.
