The construction of a luxury tourist complex in the vicinity of Plavi Horizonti Beach has received approval from the Environmental Protection Agency.
The project предусматривает the construction of a main hotel with 168 rooms, as well as 78 rooms in annex buildings, and residential villas comprising 23 units.
The total investment in the complex will amount to 270 million euros.
The project originally began in 2010, when the Qatari state investment fund Qatari Diar acquired more than 270,000 square meters of land on the site of the former Plavi Horizonti Hotel.
The investor has already invested over 80 million euros in the project, but its implementation was delayed for years due to property disputes and court cases challenging ownership rights.
