The Kotor-based company Benaba is planning the construction of the Verona Garden Resort tourist complex.

The Kotor-based company Benaba plans to build the Verona Garden Resort, a five-star tourist complex in the coastal area of Tivat, near the Adriatic Highway and the airport. According to the project, the complex will include a hotel and six buildings united into a single architectural and spatial composition. The design provides for an à la carte restaurant, three outdoor pools, a tennis court, an underground garage, parking, a children’s playground, an event area, as well as several green terraces and gardens.
