The Association of Banks of Montenegro has submitted a request to the Constitutional Court

The Association of Banks of Montenegro has submitted a request to the Constitutional Court to review the constitutionality of the law on property legalization in Montenegro. They argue that the law may violate constitutional principles guaranteeing the right to property and freedom of entrepreneurship, as well as the right to unhindered ownership of one’s property, as provided by the European Convention on Human Rights.
